Mr. Chen’s areas of expertise include civil and criminal lawsuits corresponding to civil and commercial litigations, administrative and appeal procedures. He has handled legal proceedings between listed companies and banks on factoring the receivables, civil and criminal disputes arising from the assignment of claims of banks, defense to criminal charges, as well as lawsuits involving insider trading, misrepresentation, breach of trust and unconventional transactions violating the Securities Law. He has also represented a handful of Protection and indemnity insurance (P&I Clubs) cases related to Maritime accidents that resulted in injuries and fatalities among the crew, cargo claims and litigation. He has also exhibited his expertise and knowledge through his effective methods of resolving trading and contract performance disputes.
